1. Who we are
Quantum Healing is a trading name of Radiant Healing Centre Limited (company number 15236651), registered office 17 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, England, BH18 9DX. 2. Information we collect
- Enquiries, bookings and consultation forms: your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and the information you give us in your message or form.
- Client records: session notes, information about your health and wellbeing that you choose to share, and witness samples or photographs you provide for energetic work.
- Courses and seminars: your registration details and course progress.
- Donations and payments: processed by PayPal or Stripe. We receive your name, email address and the amount, but never your card details.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Website data: technical information and cookies, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and arrange sessions or courses, because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or for our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To provide sessions and courses and keep client records, because it is necessary for our agreement with you. Information about your health is special category data, which we process with your explicit consent.
- To send our newsletter, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep financial records and meet legal obligations, where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
4. Confidentiality
Everything you share with us is treated as confidential. We will only disclose information where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, where there are safeguarding concerns, or where the law requires it. Wherever possible, we will discuss this with you first.
5. Sharing your information
We share information only where necessary, with trusted providers who support our work, such as website hosting, email, newsletter delivery, secure video calls, payment processing (PayPal and Stripe) and accountancy. They act under appropriate data protection arrangements.
6. International transfers
If a provider processes your information outside the United Kingdom, we ensure the transfer is protected by an adequacy arrangement or other appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep information
- Client records: seven years after your last session.
- Enquiries that do not lead to sessions: up to twelve months.
- Financial and donation records: six years, as required for tax purposes.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
After this, information is securely deleted or destroyed.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure and confidential.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to withdraw consent at any time and to request data portability. Some rights may be limited where we must keep records by law. To exercise your rights, email contact@quantum-healing.co.uk. We normally respond within one month.
10. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the date it was updated.
