1. About these terms
Quantum Healing is a trading name of Radiant Healing Centre Limited (company number 15236651), registered office 17 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, England, BH18 9DX. These terms apply to consultations, energetic treatments, radionics, electronic homeopathy, counselling, readings, courses, seminars and donations made through quantum-healing.co.uk.
2. Complementary practice
Our services are complementary approaches. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Please continue any treatment prescribed by your doctor. We are not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency. Please also read our Disclaimer.
3. Booking and payment
Before your booking is confirmed, we will agree the service, the fee, how and when it will take place and when payment is due. Clients under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Cancelling or changing a session
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, by emailing contact@quantum-healing.co.uk. If you give less notice or miss a session, a charge may apply, which will be explained when you book. If you book online or by telephone, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. If you ask for a session to take place within that period, you may need to pay for the services already provided. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Remote and online work
Some services, such as radionic treatments, can be carried out at a distance using a witness sample or photograph you provide. For online sessions, please make sure you have a private space and a reliable connection.
6. Courses and seminars
Course and seminar details, including dates, format and any certificate, are confirmed when you book. Course materials are for your personal use and may not be copied or shared. Online course content cannot be refunded once you have started to access it.
7. Donations
Donations are voluntary and support our work. They are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe and are not normally refundable.
8. Our sessions
We aim to provide a professional, respectful and confidential service. Individual experiences vary, and particular results cannot be guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images and course materials, belongs to Quantum Healing or its authors and may not be copied or republished without permission.
10. Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
